RESOLUTION No. 75- 10
RESOLUT—N OF CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE
MAJORITY ANNEXATION AND RECOMMEND FORWARDING TO PORTLAND METRO-
POLITAN AREA LOCAL COVERNMENT BOUNDARY CONL4ISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed a
petition for annexat'.on of the lands described on the attached
Exhibit "A" to the City; and
WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance
with the procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan
Area Local Government Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAS, the petition meets the requirements of the triple
m• jority annexation statute.
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED: the Tigard City Council acknowledges
receipt of annexation petition as attached hereto and made a
part hereof- and recommends it be forwarded to the Portland
Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission for hear-
ing and adoption.
