` RESOLUTION No. 75 -
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR THE SALE OF PLANIMETRIC MAPS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL, that:
Section 1: The following fee structure is hereby established for the sale of
planimetric maps;
a. For each quarter section blueline print - $200.00
b. For each quarter section mylar reproducible - $150.00 plus
the actual cost of creating the mylar. Mylar reproducibles
are available only to other governmental entities under the
condition that the maps will be used for the agency's
purposes only and copies will not be sold or distributed in any
fashion.
c. For xerox copy of a portion of a quarter section map - $.25.
Xerox copies are available only to resident homeowners for
personal non-commercial use on a one copy per person basis.
Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
