A RESOLUTION AMENDING A TRUST AGREEMENT WITH THE I.C.M.A.
RETIRE-MENT CORPORATION BY SUBSTITUTION THEREFORE A DOCUMENT ENTITLED
"DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN" AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
RECORDER TO EXECUTE SAME,
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has previously established the ICMA
Retirement Corporation's deferred compensation plan for certain
of its employees; and
WHEREAS, the ICMA Retirement Corporation has requested that certain
amendments be made to said plan; and
WHEREAS, the City will assist its employees, at no cost to itself,
by the incorporation into said plan additional attractive features.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The City amend its Trust Agreement with the ICMA Retire-
ment Corporation by substitution therefor the Deferred
Compensation Plan, attached hereto as Appendix. A, and
hereby authorizes its Mayor and City Recorder to execute
the Deferred Compensation P--an with the International
City Management Association Retirement Corporation.
