RESOLUTION No. 74- l.c
RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED WITHIN CLYDESDALE SUBDIVISION,
/ SUBJECT TO COMPLETION OF SIDEWALKS.
r` WHEREAS, the City Council previously accepted certain public
improvements constructed within Clydesdale Subdivision, via
Resolution No. 74-29, subject to completion of six (6) items
specified therein and further subject to a one year maintenance
period, and
WHEREAS, items number two (2), three (3), four (4) and
six (6), specified in said resolution, have since been satisfactorily
completed and the required maintenance period is still in effect,
and
WHEREAS, the developer of said subdivision has now requested
final City acceptance of all of the public improvements constructed
therein said subdivisicn, for the purpose of release of the
remainder of the developer's cash bond deposit, and has also
proposed to deposit in an escrow account an amount sufficient to
insure installation of the remainder of said subdivision's sidewalks,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard,
Oregon, hereby accepts the public improvements constructed within
Clydesdale subdivision, said subdivision being recorded in Book
33 on page 19 in Washington County, Oregon, Plat Records, subject
to:
1. Completion of sidewalks, as per the approved construction
plans therefor; submission of an acceptable cash bond
deposit, insuring completion of said sidewalk installation
prior to July 10, 1976.
2. Continuance of the subdivision maintenance period,
through its bond expiration date.
