Resolution No. 74-42 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION No. 74-_y ' RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE MAJORITY ANNEXATION ., AND RECOMMEND FORWARDING TO PORTLAND METROPOLITAN'AREA LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION. ` WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed a petition for annexation of the lands described on the attached'Exhibit "A" to the City; and WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance with the procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission; and WHEREAS, the petition meets the requirements of the triple majority annexation statute. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The Tigard City Council acknowledges receipt of annexation petition as attached hereto and made a part hereof and recommends it be forwarded to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission for hearing and adoption.
