Resolution No. 74-25 f CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION NO. 74 - Lt2 A RESOLUTION REAFFIRMING CITY COUNCIL ACTION REGARDING ESTABLISHMENT OF A DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN . f WHEREAS, the City Council, at a regularly scheduled meeting held May 20, 1974, considered the establishment of a deferred compensation plan for the City Administrator, and WHEREAS, it was determined by motion and vote to establish a deferred compensation plan and authorized the Mayor and 1 City Recorder to execute a Master Trust Agreement with the International City Management Association Retirement Corporation (I.C.M.A.R.C.), and a deferred compensation - Employment Agreement with the City Administrator, and WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable by the City Council to reaffirm '• that action in the form of a resolution, and i WHEREAS, the approved Deferred Compensation Employment Agreement provides that, effective July 1, 1974, current compensation for the City Administrator shall be $18,900. and that Lj deferred compensation shall be 6.258 in addition to current compensation. It being the intent of Council ,a that the 6.258 deferred compensation to consist of the standard 38 retirement benefit paid to employees plus a I deferral from the City Administrator's salary appropriation of an amount that when added to the standard 3% equals F 6.258 of current compensation as defined above. + i � NOW THEREFORE, f.
