RESOLUTION No. 74
RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL TO ADOPT FEES FOR THE
SALC OF PLANNINI DEp:RT —T PUBLICATIONS
WHEREAS, there is a need to establish fees for the sale of
Planning Department publications to recover the _
cost to the City of printing and distributing said
publications; and
WHEREAS, the fees described by the attached exhibit "Alt are
reasonable charges based on the actual cost of
producing and distributing each respective document;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the proposed fees at their
Me 5, 1974 study session.
NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Tigard that
the publication fees described by attached exhibit
"A" are adopted and the Planning Department is directed
to charge said fixes for each publication described by
the attached exhibit "A".
APPROVED this 13 day of May 1974.
