C A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL CONFIRMING EXISTING
APPOINTMENTS AND MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND ESTABLISHING TERMS OF OFFICE
FOR THE BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS.
WHEREAS, positions on the Tigard Building Code Board of Appeals
are vacant; and
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Section 204 of the 1970
Edition of the Uniform Building Code, the Building Code Board of
Appeals shall consist of 5 members.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tigard that;
Section 1: The following persons.be appointed to the
Building Code Board of Appeals for the termsof
office as indicated:
