RESOLUTION NO. 74--7
. � RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL CONSENTING TO THE
ANNEXATION BY THE TIGARD WATER DISTRICT OF
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF TIGARD
WHEREAS, the Tigard Water District is petitioning the Portland
f; Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission for annexation
to the Water District, of certain parcels of land lying within the
boundaries of the City of Tigard; and .i
WHEREAS, the above properties are not now within the Tigard
Water District; and '
WHEREAS, development and inhabitancy of the above properties
will be benefitted by its inclusion within the Tigard water District.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City Of Tigard,

' (1) By adoption of this resolution consent to the
tg _ annexation of certain parcels of land, as described
't on the attached 'Exhibit A' and-made a part hereof, 3
by the Tigard Water District in conformance with 6
qO.R.S. 199.515.

Washington County, Oregon; thence east along the north line of said
Section 1, 840 feet, more or less, to a point on the southwesterly
right-of-way line of the Beaverton - Tigard Highway; thence south-
easterly along said southwesterly right-of-way line of Beaverton -
Tigard Highway 1170 feet, more or less, to the north line of the
William Graham D.L.C. No. 39; thence westerly along the said north
line of the William Graham D.L.C. No. 39 and extension thereof 1290
feet, more or less. So the southeast corner of Lot 8, TIGARD ROAD
GARDENS, thence N 13 44' W along the easterly boundary of said Lot
8, 366 feet to the northeasterly corner thereof; thence S 830 04' W
along northerly bogndary of said Lot 8, 118 feet, more or less, to a
point; thence N 04 14' W 200 feet, more or less, t8 the northern
Y boundary of Lot 6, TIGARD ROAD GARDENS; thence S 83 04' 30" W along
said northern boundary of Lot 6, 70 feet, more or less, to the West
line of Section 1; thence north along said west line of Section 1.
