RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE-PUFAM
IMPROVEMEETPS WITHIN HOLLYTREE SuaDIVISION. j
d WHEREAS, the City of Tigard Subdivision Ordinance requires f
subdividers to install streets, sidewalks, street lights, storm
sewers, sanitary sewers, underground utilities and other public
facilities for the development of subdivisions; and 4
WPEREAS, the City has required that payment of fees and the '
execution of a Compliance Agreement which stipulates thata
"Upon receipt of certification by the Department of Public
Works that all requirements have been met and a One Year
Maintenance Bond, the City Council agrees to accept the
public improvements, subject to the requirements for i
correction of deficiencies and maintenance for a period =
of one year...": and

.. WHEREAS, partial acceptance of said subdivision was acted
upon by the City Council, on February 12, 1973, subject to r
correction of specified deficiencies, and {
WHEREAS, said subdivisions Performance Bond has remained in
full force and effect and has, thereby, effectively fulfilled $
the City's normal requirement of a maintenance bonding period, }
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works does now certify that
all public improvements within said subdivision are ready for final
acceptance,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard,
Oregon hereby accepts the public improvsaments constructed within
Hollytree subdivision, said subdivision being recorded in Book 31
on Page 12 in Washington County, Oregon Plat Records,
AND FURTHER, that the normal obligation of the aforesaid
maintenanc» period be considered fulfilled and the aforesaid
