RESOLUTION No. 73-(k,
A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING CITY COUNCIL ACTION IN AWARDING A BID FOR SITE
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY BUILDING LOCATED AT 9020.S.Wl BURNHAM STREET.
WHEREAS, City Council, at a regular meeting held October 22, 1973
authorized an award of bid to the lowest responsible bidder for site
improvements to the city building located at 9020 S.W. Burnham Stre.;t; and
WHEREAS, Columbia Continental Corporation submitted the lowest responsible
bid of $10,154.50 and said bid isthereby accepted and approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
City Council action in awarding a bid to Columbia Continental
Corporation in the amount of $1G, 154.50 for site improvements to a city
building located at 9020 S.W. Burhham Street is hereby affirmed and the
Mayor and City Recorder are hereby authorized to execute a contract with
said Columbia Continental Corporation for the sum of $10,154.50.
