RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL ACKNONLEOGI= RECEIPT OF TRIPLE TWO-THIRDS
ANNEXATION AND rECOMMEND FORWARDING TO PORTLAND METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL
GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY CONMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard bas received and reviewed a petition
for annexation of the lands described on the attached Exhibit "A" to
the city. and
WHEREAS, the petition has been provessed in accordance with the
proceduros established by the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government
Soundary CosssLsaion; sad
WHEREAS, the petition sleets the requireaents of the triple two-
thirdsaaaexe Lion statute. ORS 222,170.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE 11 RtSOLVED= The Tigard City Council acknowledges receipt of
annexation petition as attached hereto and made a part hereof and recossaends
it be forwarded to the Portland Metropolitan Area Locat Cavernment boundary
Losasission fat hearing and Adoption.
