CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION No. 73- .J"l0.
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING THE NEIGHBORHOOD PLANNING ORGANIZATION Y1 FOR THE
ASH AVENUE - DOWNTOWN AREA FOR ITS SERVICE TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the Neighborhood Planning Organzsation •1 for the Ash Avenue -
Downtown area was formed in a democratic Eashion to bring citizen
involvement and insight into the Neighborhood Planning process; and
WHEREAS, the Neighborhood Planning Organisation I1 members worked diligently
and spent many volunteer hours in preparing a plan for the
future of their neighborhood; and
WHEREAS. the City Council of Tigard desires to express its appreciation
for the long hours spent and to command the Neighborhood Planning
Organization dl for the fine work accomplished;
NOW. THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Tigard that.
Section Is The Neighborhood Planning Organization E1 and its individual
members are hereby commended for their work and essistance in
helping the neighborhood to plan its future in conjunction with
the City of Tigard, and the City Council further expresses its
appreciation for the diligence with which the committee
pursued its difficult charge.
Section 22 This resolution shall be spread upon the records of the City
and a copy delivered to each member of the said Neighborhood
Planning Organisiation ♦1 for the Ash Avenue - Downtown area.
