RESOLUTION No. 73-37
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION No. 73-28 RELATING TO SEWER CONNECTION
POLICY BY PLACING LIMITATIONS ON THE INSTALLATION OF GARBAGE DISPOSALS
IN BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIG'ARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The sewer connection policy adopted by City Council on August
27, 1973 by Resolution No. 73-28 is hereby amended by the
addition of the following:
"Garbage disposal units shall not.be installed in business
establishments and the uuilding official shall issue no
permits for such facilities."
Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage and approval.
