RESOLUTION No. 73-__
RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE
TWO-THIRDS ANNEXATION AND RECOMMEND FORWARDING TO PORTLAND
METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed s petition
for annera [Son of the lands described on the attached exhibit "A" to
the City; and
WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance with the
procedures establlshed by the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government
Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAe, the petition meets the requirements of the triple two-
thirds annexation statute. ORS 222.170,
