RESOLUTION No. 73- 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL CONFIRMING EXISTING
APPOINTMENTS AND MAKING AN APPOINTMENT AND ESTABLISHING TERMS
OF OFFICE FOR THE SIGN BOARD OF APPEALS.
WHEREAS, a position on the Tigard Sign Board of Appeals
is vacant; and
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Section 16.32.010
of the Tigard Municipal Code, the Sign Board of Appeals shall
consist of 5 members, whose terms shall not be less than one
nor more than four years.
NOW, THEREFORE,
that; BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tigard
Section 1: The following person be appointed to the
Sign Board of Appeals for the term of
office as indicated:
