RESOLUTION No. 73-30
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING AN
APPOINTMENT TO THE BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS.
WHEREAS, a position on the Tigard Building Code Board Of Appeals
is vacant; and
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Section 204 of the 1970
Edition of the Uniform Building Code, the Building Code Board of
Appeals shall consist of 5 cumbers.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tigard that;
Section 1: The following person be appointed to the Building
Code Board of Appeals for the term of office as
indicated:
