RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE
'CWO-THIRDS A.^7NEXATION AND RECOMMEND FORWARDING 'PO PORTLAND
METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOVNDARY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed
a petition for annexation of the lands described on the
attached Exhibit "A" to the City, and

WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance
with the procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan
Area Local Govurnment Boundary commission, and
WHL:' AS, the petition meets the requirements of the triple
two-thirds annexation statute. ORS 222.170.
NOW, rli EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
