A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY RECORDER TO
EXECUTE IN BEHALF OF THE CITY OF TIGARD AN IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH SNS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION RELATING TO
THE CLYDESDALE SUBDIVISION.
Be it resolved by the City Council of Tigard, Oregon that:
Section 1: In accordance with the provisions of Section
17.20.060 of the Tigard Municipal Code, the
Mayor and City Recorder are hereby authorized
to execute an improvement agreement on behalf
of the City with SNS Development Corporation
for the Clydesdale Subdivision as shown on the
approved plat thereof.
