RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF LAND
AND IMPROVEMET?TS LOCATED AT 9020 S.W. BURNHAM, TIGARD,
WASHINGTON C;EJNTY, OREGON.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Tigard that
the Mayor and City Recorder be and they are hereby, authorized
and directed to execute on behalf of the City, an agreement
for the purchase of land and improvements located at 9020 S.W.
Burnham, Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, Tax Map 2S1 2AD,
Tax Lot 2800, for the sum of
EIGHTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY AND N01100 DOLLARS
($16,950.00)
PASSED by the Council this 23rd day of June, 1973.
