RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF\TIGARD, OREGON, RECOGNIZING OUTSTANDING
& DEDICATED ADMINISTRATIVE LEADERSHIP OF
STEPHEN M. TELFER
WHEREAS, STEPHEN M. TELFER served the city of Tigard
as Administrator for the past four and one-half yearst and,
WHEREAS, STEPHEN M. TELFER, during his tenure as City
Administrator, provided outstanding and dedicated administrative
leadership to the City of Tigard; and,
WHEREAS, STEPHEN M. TELFER has demonstrated that he is
a great credit to the profession of Public Administration,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Tigard,
by the passage of this resolution, recognizes the contributions
STEPHEN M. TELFER has made to the citizens of our community
professionally and as a citizen and wishes him success in his
new endeavor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the contents of the foregoing
be made a mattez of official record and that a copy of this
resolution be forwarded to STEPHEN M. TELFER.
