Resolution No. 72-28 CITY OF TIGARD RESOLUTION No. 72-,7✓ 1' RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE TWO-THIRDS ANNEXATION AND Ri=MMEND FORWARDING TO PORTLAND METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION. S WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed a petition for annexation of the lands described on the attached Exhibit "A" to the City, and WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance with the procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission, and WHEREAS, the petition meets the requirements of the triple i two-thirds annexation statute. ORS 222.170.
