1' RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE
TWO-THIRDS ANNEXATION AND Ri=MMEND FORWARDING TO PORTLAND
METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION. S
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed
a petition for annexation of the lands described on the
attached Exhibit "A" to the City, and
WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance
with the procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan
Area Local Government Boundary Commission, and
WHEREAS, the petition meets the requirements of the triple i
two-thirds annexation statute. ORS 222.170.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
The Tigard City Council acknowledges receipt of I
annexation petition as attached hereto and made a part hereof
and recommends it be forwarded to the Portland Metropolitan
Area Local Government Boundary Commission for hearing and
adoption. 1

That portion of land in Section 14, Township 2 South, Range 1 West,
Willamette Meridian, Washington County, Oregon, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 14; running thence South,
along the East boundary line of said Section, a distance of 495 feet
to a point; thence West, parallel with the North boundary line of said
Section, a distance of 620 feet to a point; thence South, parallel with
the East boundary line of said Section, a distance of 990 feet to a
point; thence East, parallel with the North boundary line of said Section,
