RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL
Authorizing assignment of Tigard Taxi permit to Broadway Cab Co.
( October 30, 1972
WHEREAS, Broadway Cab Co. has applied for a permit to operate
a taxicab business in the City of Tigard, and has further applied to
the Council for approval of the transfer of all rights and privileges
heretofore held by Tigard Taxi, all pursuant to Ordinance No. 69-76;
and
WHEREAS, Broadway Cab Co. has complied with all requirements
of Ordinance No. 69-76 to entitle it to issuance of a
permit in f
accordance with the provisions thereof,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF J
TIGARD, that: (!
(a) The City Recorder be, and she is hereby, authorized

and directed to issue a permit to Broadway Cab Co.
(b) The Council does hereby approve the transfer of all �!
rights and privileges of the prior permittee to
Broadway Cab Co. effective November 1, 1972.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tigard, this 30th
day of October, 1972.
