�. RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL CONSENTING TO THE
ANNEXATION BY TSE TIGARD MATER DISTRICT OP

WHEREAS, the Tigard Water District is petitioning the
Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission for
annexation to the Water District, of certain parcels of land lying
within the boundaries of the City of Tigardi and 1
WHEREAS, the above properties are not now within the Tigard t
Water District= and
WHEREAS, development and inhabitancy of the above properties
Will be benefitted by its inclusion within the Tigard Water
Districts
NOW, TSEREPcas.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Coencil of the City of Tigard,
Oregons
(1) By adoption of this resolution consent to the
annexation of certain parcels of land, as described
on the attached 'MMISIT A' and made a part hereof,
by the Tigard Water District in conformance with
O.R.S. 199.515.
PASSED and approved this ice/ day of Z.. E 1972.
