RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL ACIC!iOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE
TWO-THIRDS ANNEXATION AND RECOMMEND FORWARDING TO PORTIXID
:.` METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed
a petition for annexation of the lands described on the
attached Exhibit "A" to the City, and
��. WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance
�.:. with the procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan
�. Area Lotral Government Boundary Commission, and
WHEREAS, the petition meets the requirements of the
triple two-thirds annexation statute. ORS 222.170.

The Tigard City Council acknowlr-_dges receipt Of
annexation petition as atta:�hed hereto and made a part hereof
and recommends :t be forwarded to th- Portland Metropolitan

Oregon, being more particularly described as follows:

to a point of intersection with the centerline of said County
