CITY OF TIGARD
RESOLUTION No. 72 - d_
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF TIGARD AND THE TIGARD CHICKEN BAR-B-QUE
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the City is willing to let space in the pump building
at Cook Park for the operation of a concession for public benefit,
and
WHEREAS, the Tigard Chicken Har-B-Que Committee is willing
to lease said space and donate profits to the City for park acquisition
and development purposes,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
The Tigard City Council by adoption of this resolution
authorizes the Mayor and City Recorder to execute on behalf of
the City, a lease agreement between the City and the Tigard
Chicken Bar-B-Que Committee, a copy of which is attached as
"Exhibit A"
