CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE COUNTY SURVEYOR, DEPARTMENT
OF PUBLIC WORKS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON, TO SERVE IN LIEU
OF A CITY SURVEYOR OR CITY ENGINEER WITH RESPECT TO APPROVAL
OF PLATS UNDER §92.100 ORS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard lacks adequate staff and
facilities to perform the duties required by 592.100 ORS with
respect to approval of plats of subdivisions within the City
of Tigard; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to §92.100(1) ORS the City Council may
designate a county surveyor to serve in lieu of a city engin-
eer to perform the duties required by said section, the fees
allowable by said section to be paid by the Cite,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIGARD:
That the County Surveyor, Department of Public Works
of Washington County, Oregon, be, and he is hereby
designated to serve in lieu of a city en ineer, to
perform the duties required pursuant to 92.100 ORS.
