WHEREAS, the Tigard Blue Sox Connie Flack Baseball
Team has progressed throug."i the 1971 season from a
first glace finish in their Portland League to Champions
of the State of Oregon, and

WHEREAS, tare Blue Sox will represent the Tigard
Community and the State of Oregon at the Nortnwest
Regional Connie r4ack Playoffs in Tacoma;
NOW, THEREFORE,
