Resolution No. 71-11 CITY OF TIGARD
RESOLUTION No. 71-11
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has recieved and
reviewed petitions for annexation of the lands described
on attached Exhibit "A" to the City, and
WHEREAS, each petition has been processed in
accordance with the procedures established by the Portland
Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission, and
WHEREAS, each petition meets the requirements of
the triple two-thirds annexation statute.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED.-
The
ESOLVED:The Tigard City Council acknowledges receipt
of annexation petitions as attached hereto and made a part
hereof and recommends each be forwarded to the Portland
Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission for
hearing and adoption.
