RECOGNIZING MERITORIOUS SERVICE OF COUNCILMAN
January 12, 1971
RESOLUTION 71-2
WHEREAS, THOMAS M. O'HALLORAN has served as
Councilman of the City of Tigard, and
WHEREAS, during the period of service as Councilman;
Thomas M. O'Halloran has given liberally of hia time and
abilities for the benefit of the Tigard community and has
,•f., performed his duties at all times in a public-spirited
and commendable manner, €

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the members
of the City Council do hereby personally express and
n;c record their appreciation for the cooperation and assis-
tance given to each of such members during the period of
.service of Thomas M. O'Halloran. -
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the contents of the
foregoing be made a matter of official record and that a
copy of this resolution be forwarded to Thomas M. O'Halloran.
