RESOLUTION 70-8
WHEREAS, WILLIAM H. POOLE has served as Municipal
Judge of the City of Tigard, and 14
WHEREAS, during the period of service as judge,
William H. Poole has given liberally of his time and
abilities for the benefit Of the Tigard community and
has performed his duties at all times in a public-spirited
and commendable manner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the members of
the City Council do hereby personally express and record
their appreciation for the cooperation and sgiven

to each of such members during the period off services rvice of 3
William H. Poole.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the contents of the
foregoing be made a matter of official record and that a
copy of t3iis resolution be forwarded to William H. Poole.
