Resolution No. 69-16 RESOLUTION 69- 16
WHEREAS, the requirements for financing of -ity Hall remodeling
had not been ascertained at the time of the preparation of the
regular budget for the 1969-70 fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, a supplemental budget to cover the anticipated
requirements for financing of the City Hall Remodeling was
duly prepared and thereafter same was published and a hearing
held thereon at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
September 22, 1969.
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the City Council of Tigard as
follows;
(a) Supplementary budget in the sum of $6,500. for
the fiscal year 1969-70 to cover Building Construction
and Improvement cost be and the same is hereby
adopted.
(b) There hereby is appropriated from unappropriated
cash on hand the sum of $6,500. to cover the cost
of construction.
