Resolution No. 69-04 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR USE OF
LANDS OF ROBERT C. MOORE ET UX FOR PARKING OF CITY VEHICLES
AND REAR ACCESS TO CITY HALL.
March 24, 1969
WHEREAS, the lands described on the attached
proposed rental
agreement are owned by Councilman Robert. C. Moore and his wife,
Elizabeth R. Moore; and
WHEREAS, said lands are required for parking of City vehicles
and for access to the rear of the City Hall; and
WHEREAS, the needs of the City in these respects cannot be
fulfilled in any other manner; and
WHEREAS, the owners are willing to make the same available to
the City in exchange for an annual rental payment in the sum of
Three Hundred Dollars (:300.00) payable quarterly on the first of
July, October, January and April,
NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Tigard, that the
City does hereby bind itself to the terms of the rental agreement
hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof, and the Mayor
and Recorder of the City be, and they are herety, authorized and
directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of
Tigard.
PASSED by the Council by unanimous vote of a-1l members present
this 24th day of March, 1969.
