RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON

WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore authorized
E. G. Kyle, Mayor, to designate a Conference Committee, to dis-
cuss with parties at interest in the proposed Canterbury Annex-
ation area problems involved in annexation and furnishing of
sewer service connections for said lands; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Kyle designated himself, Steve Telfer,
City Administrator, and Fred. A. Anderson, City Attorney, as a
Conference Committee to discuss the problems with the parties
at interest with respect to said lands; and
WHEREAS, as a result of said conference, the City Confer-
ence Committee has prepared a memorandum of agreement for consid-
eration by the City Council, and the City Council has considered
the memorandum of agreement and the matters therein set forth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Tigard as follows:
That the recommendations of the City Conference Committee
as set forth in said proposed memorandum of agreement be and the
same are hereby accepted on behalf of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that at such time as the owners at
interest with respect to Tax Lots 4100, 4700 and 4701, as described
in Assessor's Map #231 - IOA, have executed said agreement and have
shown their accord therewith that the Mayor and the Recorder of
the City be and they are hereby authorized to execute the said mem-
orandum of agreement for and on behalf of the City and that the
matters in said agreement set forth be and the same are hereby
adopted as the expressed intent and purpose on the part of the City
with respect to the problems therein set forth.
