Resolution No. 68-18 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIGARD
CONCERNING DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT

WHEREAS, the following items of equipment are either surplus
to the needs of the City, or are ill-adapted to the use thereof re-
quired in connection with administration of city government and are
thus available for disposition as hereinafter stated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIGARD
that the City Recorder be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed
to advertise the following items for sale in the Tigard Times in
one issue thereof, to the highest bidder offering to purchase same
for cash within a reasonable time:
1 - APECO copy machine, model 150-B and 2 paper safes
(1 letter size and 1 legal size)
1 - Multilith machine model 80 (offset printing)
