DECLARING PINEBROOK SEWER TREATRENT PLA14T
AS SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
September 23, 1968
WHEREAS, in connection with the Pinebrook annexation pro-
ceedings the City became the owner of the Pinebrook Sewer Treat-
ment Plant; and
WHEREAS, said Plant is no longer required or adapted to the
needs of the City inasmuch as the Pinebrook Interceptor Sewer line
has now been placed in operation and said Plant is surplus to the
needs of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIGARD that the City Recorder
be, and she is hereby authorized and directed, with the aid of the
City Engineer, to offer the Pinebrook Sewer Treatment Plant for sale
for off-site removal by publishing notice of sale in two issues of
the Tigard Times and by otherwise publicizing the availability
thereof as the Recorder may deem proper. Such notices shall require
written sealed bids stating the amount offered for cash purchase
thereof and the time within which the said equipment will be removed
from the site.
