Resolution requiring Planning Commission of Tigard to
hold a public hearing with respect to a subdivision
ordinance proposed to be recommended to the City Council
by the Planning Commission.
Whereas, the City Planning Commission has formulated a
proposed subdivision ordinance for the City and has
applied to the Council to set a public hearing with
respect thereto pursuant to Section 227.250 O.R.S.
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIGARD:
That the City Planning Commission, be and it is hereby
authorized and directed to hold one or more public
hearings with respect to said proposed subdivision
ordinance at the City Hall of Tigard on Tuesday, the
12th day of March 1968, at 8:00 P.M., and that notice
of said hearing be given by publication in two weekly
issues of the Tigard Times prior to the date of hearii,y.
