FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the S.W. PACIFIC HIGHWAY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT in the City of Tigard, Oregon, acknowledges to owe
and hereby promises to pay to the SEWER IMPROVEMENT SINKING FUND,
CITY OF TIGARD, the Sum of TEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHT-FOUR
AND 68/100 DOLLARS ($10,584.68) , together with interest thereon
at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum from date hereof until
paid, both principal and interest to be paid within ninety (90)
days from date hereof. -
This note is made pursuant to resolution of the City Council

of the City of Tigard duly passed at its meeting of December 12,
f 1966, and is given for the purpose of recording an obligation
arising from the temporary transfer of funds for the purpose of

r paying construction costs with respect to the S.W. Pacific Highway
Sewer Improvement District.
