FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the S.W. PACIFIC HIGfiWAY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT in the Cite of Tigard, Oregon, acknowledges to owe

` This note is made pursuant to resolution of the City Council
of the City of Tigard duly passed at its meeting of November 21,
1966, and is given for the purpose of recording an obligation
arising from the temporary transfer of funds for the purpose of
paying construction costs with respect to the S.W. Pacific Highway
Sewer Improvement District.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City Recorder has executed this
instrument on behalf of the City of Tigard for the uses and purposes
herein set forth.
