Resolution No. 65-05 RESOLUTION
WHEREPS, DARWIN W. SHINN, has heretofore tendered his
resignation as Councilman of the City of Tigard; and
WHEREAS, DARWIN W. SHINN, has served the people of the
City of Tigard with distinction, in a selfless, public-spirited
and commendable manner;
NOW, THEREFORE, the people of the City of Tigard, through
their Mayor and Council, do hereby declare and express their
appreciation to DARWIN W. SH]NN for the admirable public service
he has performed in their behalf, and a suitable letter conveying
this commendation shall be signed by the Mayor on behalf of the
people of the City of Tigard, and shall be delivered to DARWIN W.
SHINN forthwith.
