Resolution No. 65-02 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the construction of the sanitary sewer system
within and adjacent to VIEWCREST TERRACE, a duly recorded sub-
division in the City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, has
been completed by Developer James Willock and connected to the
City's mains and disposal plant; and
WHEREAS, all of said work has been inspected and tested,
and the report of the City's engineers is on file herein recom-
mending acceptance of the ..ewer lines, mains, and trunks as a
part of the sanitary sewer system of the City of Tigard; and
WHEREAS, the developer, James Willock, has applied to the
City to accept the sewer syr tem within 'IEWCREST TERRACE, ex-
clusive of that portion of the service lines lying within the
boundaries of private property;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tigard

that all sanitary sewer facilities constructed within the bound-
aries of dedicated streets and public ways within VILVCREST
TERRACE and Ash Street be, and the same are hereby, accepted as
part of the sanitary sewer system of the City of Tigard, and the
City does hereby accept and assume full jurisdiction and respon-
sibility with respect thereto.
