Resolution No. 63-13 RESOLUTION
:
WHEREAS, pursuant to application made to the SOUTHERN PACIFIC t
COMPANY, hereinafter called "Southern Pacific", by the CITY OF TIGARD,
Southern Pacific Ilaa agreed to extend to the City an easement to
install a sewer line under the Southern Pacific tracks in the City
of Tigard, Oregon, all af:cording to the terms of a x.ertain agreement
to be executed by Southern Pacific and the City of Tia ard; and
I WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tigard has dNq -ons
idered
the terms and conditions of said easement, and the installat`-on of
said sewer line is necessary for the continued operation of tit.' sewer
system of the City; �,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Tigard does
hereby accept the easement to be granted, in the form proposed by
Southern Pacific, and the Mayor and Recorder of the City of Tigard
be, and they are herebq, authorized and directed to execute the said
easement for and on behalf of the City of Tigard.
