Is AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 10.28 OF THE TIGARD
MUNICIPAL CODE BY REVISION OF SECTION 10.28.090(C)TO REDEFINE THE LIMITS OF THE
TWO-HOUR TIME LIMIT ZONE.
WHEREAS, parking in front of the Tri-Met transit center was prohibited by ordinance 10.28.130(88).
However an existing two-hour time limit zone that was existing at that time in the same area was not
revised.This amendment will convect these overlapping and conflicting zones.
NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Section 10.28.090(C)of the Tigard Municipal Code is revised to read as follows:
In that portion of the southwest half of SW Commercial Street extending from a point
which lies twe handfei-€eta five hundred thirty five feet southeasterly of the
southeast right-of-way line of SW Main Street to a point six>1..wire s two hundred
fifteen feet southeasterly therefrom;
SECTION 2: Signage is correct and City staff is directed to make no changes to the existing signage.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its passage by the Council, signature by
the Mayor,and posting by the City Recorder.
