WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council held a public hearing on April 9, 1996, to consider initiating ;,..
annexation and to consider comprehensive plan and zone designations for two parcels of land located at
the southeast comer of SW Hall Boulevard and SW Oak Street Street;and
y� WHEREAS,on April 9, 1996, the Tigard City Council approved a resolution initiating annexation for the
