AN ORDINANCE AMENDING T.M.C. 10.28.130 BY ADDING PORTIONS OF S.hi.
WALNUT STREET AND S.W. ROYALTY PARKWAY WHERE PARKING IS PROHIBITED. �r3
WHEREAS, TMC 10.2 8.130 prohibits parking at any time on portions of
certain street's in Tigard; and, p

designed to have no on-street parking and parking must be prohibited
4; for the streets to operate safely as designed.
_,. THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

� r SECTION 1: TMC 10.28.130, designating the portions of public streets
where parking is prohibited at all times, is hereby ""'
amended by adding the following:

"(89) On both sides of SW Walnut Street between the south _
leg of 135th Avenue and SW Scholls Ferry Road.
(90) On both sides of SW Royaicy Parkway between Pacific

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its
_ passage by the Council, signature by the Mayor, and
vr posting by the City Recorder.
