ORDINANCE NO. 95-P_
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING T.M.C. 10 .28 .130 BY ADDING A PORTION OF S .W.
COMMERCIAL STREET WHERE PARKING IS PROHIBITED.
WHEREAS, the southwest side of S.W. Commercial Street at the Transit
Center has been designed to serve as a bus stop area as a part of the
Transit Center; and,
WHEREAS, to function as designed, parking must be prohibited along the
Transit Center frontage.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: TMC 10 .28 .130, designating the portions of public streets
where parking is prohibited at all times, is hereby
amended by adding the following:
" (89) Along the southwest side of SW Commercial Street
beginning at a point 250 feet southeast of the southeast
curb of Main Street and continuing to a point 510 feet
southeast of the southeast curb of Main Street. "
SECTION 2 : This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its
passage by the Council, signature by the Mayor, and
posting by the City Recorder.
