AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE CIT`!' S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE
REVENUES
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 : Pursuant to ORS 221 .770, the City hereby elects to
receive state revenues for fiscal year 1995-96.
This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its
passage by the Council, approval by the Mayor, and
posting by the City Recorder.

present after being read by number and title only, this
day of 1995 .
