ORDINANCE NO. 94- c
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING T.M.C. 10.28.130 BY ADDING PORTIONS OF S.W. 108TH
AVENUE WHERE PARKING IS PROHIBITED.
WHEREAS, TMC 10.28.130 prohib-its parking at any time on portions of
cartain public streets in Tigard; and,
WHEREAS, SW 108th Avenue south of Durham Road is designated as a minor
collector street in the Comprehensive Plan; and,
WHEREAS, portions of SW 108th Avenue are not yet fully improved to minor
collector street standards; and,
WHEREAS, in order to provide for two-way traffic along SW 108th Avenue
it 9_s necessary to prohibit parking along the west side in the portion
of the street that is not fully improved between Durham Road and Chateau
Lane.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: TMC 10.28.130, designating the portions of public streets
where parking is prohibited at all times, is hereby
amended by adding the following:

" (82) Along the west side of SW 108th Avenue between
Durham Road and a point 145 feet north of the centerline
of Chateau Lane."
SECTION 2: Th-.s ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its
passage by the Council, approval by the Mayor, and
posting by the City Recorder.
