ORDINANCE NO. 94 g i
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS TO APPROVE A
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT AND ZONING MAP AMENDMENT
REQUESTED BY THE NIMBUS CENTER ASSOCIATES (CPA 94-0004, ZON S4-0006).
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested a Comprehensive Plan and Zone Change
Amendments from Light industrial to General Commercial, C-G for a 2.43 acre parcel
(WCTM 1 S'i 34AA, tax lot 1900).
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 22, 1994 and
concurred w th the Planning Division's recommendation for approval; and
WHEREAS,the Tigard City Council held a public hearing,on the request September 27,
1994 to review the applicants proposes, the staff report, the Planning Commission
recommendation and to receive public testimony.
THE Clot'OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The proposal is consistsnt YYM all relevant criteria based upon the faces,
findings, and conclusions noted in the attached final order and asap
idened as Exhibit A;
SECTION 2: 'The City Council conrurs with the Planning Commisgion and staff
recorn nendations and approves the request to redesignate the parcels
illustrated on the attached map (Exhibit A) with a Comprehensive Pian
designation of General Commercial and C-G(General Commercial)zoning.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its passaga by the City
t`ound, apnrr1V 1I hV the Mayor, and nosting by the City recorder..
