Ordinance No. 94-16 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
ORDINANCE NO. 94-Itz—
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING PARKING RESTRICTIONS IN T.M.C. 10.28.110 AND
PORTIONS OF ORDINANCE Me 70-41
WHEREAS, Section 12 of Chapter VII of Ordinance No. 70-41 established
' a 15-minute parking zone in front of the City Hall on Main Street; and,
WHEREAS, the parking restriction is codified as TMC 10.28 .110; and,
WHEREAS, the City Hall has been relocated and the parking restriction is
no longer needed.
THE CIT7i OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 : Section 10 .u8.110 of the Tigard Municipal Code and
Section 12 of Chapter VII of Ordinance No. 70-41 are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its
passage by the Council, approval by the Mayor, and
posting by the City Recorder.
